Convenient location close to restaurants and in a peaceful area. Also, it's a good value for the money! 🌟 Moreover, there are filters available in the vicinity.

Honestly, not much. Some the staff was good and tried to help, but they were limited.
1-The first room had no fridge, microwave, and the hot water in the tub would not shut off. 2- The second room had no towels the first day, no bath mat the first and last day. 3- The breakfast was only coffee, milk, 2 cold cereals and bagels on only a few days. They didn't even have bagels 3 of the five days. 4- Both of the mattresses squeaked incredibly loudly. Lastly, and most importantly (5)....my Blackberry charger and cologne (Drakar Noir) turned up missing. Yes, I notified the desk. They were both on the sink by another charger that was still there.

Nothing, absolutely nothing!
The first room I got the toilet did not work, the light bulbs were out, and the remote was not programmed, that was room number 200. When I went downstairs to complain the employee, was on his personal cell phone laughing and talking and took all of 15 plus minutes to even address me, literally. Then he was very hesitant to change our room. When he did change it to room number 210. Then they charged my card twice and refused to fix the mistake! I had to call my bank fraud dept

The bed was comfortable.
Room was hot when we got there. We had hand towels and bath towels but, no wash clothes....No cable after we turned the TV off for the night. The bathroom light and light over sink would not work when we got up the next day. We had to shower and get ready for our day in the dark. When we told them at the front desk, we were basically told to deal with it.

It was right off the interstate.
I always check for bed bugs first and while I didn't find any bugs we did find a pill between the mattress and box spring. The "hot" water never got hot. My shower was maybe luke warm and that was with the hot turned all the way on and the cold completely off. There was a smoke detector laying on top of the safe instead of mounted on the wall and hooked up. It took a room change and 3 sets of keys to actually get access to a room. The pool was covered except by the steps and from the looks of the bit of water you could see it was nasty!! Guess it's cheaper to cover it than clean it.

For a budget place it was kept clean, had free wifi and smoking rooms.
The general upkeep of the property was slightly lacking, the bathroom had visual issues (ie bad tiling job) as well as a light that barely worked.

The room was well-equipped with a beautiful carpet and offered a wake-up service, which was nice.

Nothing. Never found it.
We put the address in the gps 3 times and it kept taking us to a church and retirement home. We literally never found it and had to stay somewhere else last minute. If I get charged for the room after we weren't able to find it I'm going to be mad.

Absolutely nothing!
I am very disgusted with this booking on your website. This hotel should not even be operational. The website is deceiving!!!!! It was the worst place I've ever stayed!!! What we experienced at this hotel is one reason I will never use your site again. You make think this not a big deal, but to me and my family we were seriously nervous and felt like a drug deal, prostitution, or robbery was going to go down at anytime! First of all when we pulled up the door was locked and sign on door - ring bell for service. It was 8:10 pm and before the front desk person would let us in we had prove we had reservations. Both my husband and I had to show our drivers licnense to stay there, even though he paid with his credit card. We could not cancel our reservations we would still be charged for the room and still have to pay for another hotel somewhere else! Which is wrong!! When you supply your card number it makes it sound like it you cancel but once you comitt you have to pay! Upon entering the room it was so heavily pungent with deodorizer that it gave us headaches and made us nauseous. Couldn't open the windows beacause they wouldnt open! The bathroom was rediculous- toilet seat was broken and you only got a half of a role of toilet paper. Supplied with two bath towels, two hand towels, no wash cloths, one bar of soap which the protective wrapping was retaped on it. When requested additional towels- front desk said they were out. They did have a coffee brewer but there were no cups - so whats the point. The ice machines were all broke. The refrigerator odor upon opening it made you gag because it smelled as if something was rotten, even though it was empty. Wallpaper was coming off the walls, holes in the wall and bathroom door, looled like mold on the celing. TV was so old and bad you couldn't even watch it. And we didn't even dare sleep under the covers/sheets! When we went for the free continental breakfast it was a joke!
